Business analysis associate

Role Overview: You will be a Business Analyst within our team, implementing projects using standard Agile methodologies. Your main responsibilities will involve collaborating with various departments to develop business requirements, procedures, and processes. You will have the opportunity to work alongside Business Architects to create innovative solutions for complex business challenges and apply change management strategies to enhance operating models and optimize processes. Key Responsibilities: - Implement projects for the CDD, LDD, and Workflow Transformation Product Development Management group using Agile project delivery methodologies. - Conduct data analysis, data collection, and synthesis to optimize project reporting. - Collaborate with other Product Delivery Teams to manage dependencies across applications. - Communicate global and local business requirements/priorities and project status to key stakeholders. - Apply change management approaches to promote change in operating models and streamline processes. - Work with the central Release Management team to deliver projects according to release timelines and support technology with production releases. Qualifications Required: - 5 years+ experience in a business analysis role in the banking/financial industry and Team Management experience. - Experience modeling business processes using tools like UML and Data modeling. - Proficiency in working in an agile delivery model and writing User Stories. - Ability to act as a liaison between business and IT. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Experience with JIRA, Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, and decision modeling tools like Signavio - DMN.,
