We seek a dynamic Alliance Relationship Manager to drive strategic partnerships and revenue growth in the CMS, API, and Technology Solutions sector. This role focuses on building alliances with enterprise clients. and ecosystem partners to expand market reach for our CMS integrations, API-driven solutions, and ASA/AUA.
Strategic Partnership & Sales Execution:
- Identify, qualify, and close new strategic alliances with enterprises
- Maintaining existing Portfolio effectively to garner more from them
- To leverage Cross Sale Opportunity with the Existing & New Clients
- Drive lead generation and conversion
- Negotiate complex contracts, ensuring alignment with technical and business requirements.
Market Expansion & Relationship Management:
- Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers (CEOs, COOs, Operations Incharge, Tech Heads) at medium-to-large enterprises
- Maximize face-to-face engagements to accelerate deal closure and partnership expansion.
- Analyze market trends in CMS ecosystems & API monetization to identify growth opportunities.
Technical & Industry Knowledge:
- Proven Sales experience with exposure to primarily CMS and knowledge of API Banking & AUA/ASA
Commercial & Analytical Skills:
- Track record of meeting/exceeding in sales numbers
- Ability to dissect complex customer requirements and align them with business outcomes
- Expertise in contract negotiation & partnership governance both with internal & external customers.
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional communication & presentation skills
- Prospecting mastery (self-sourced pipelines, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, forums, meta data etc).
- Analytical mindset
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- Preferred: MBA in Marketing/Finance
- Experience:
- 10+ years of Sales Experience, Alliance Management with at least 5 years in CMS and or API business
