Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Planning: Managing a team of Sales Managers to source loan products through direct / indirect medium of acquisition. Local geographical knowledge & market understanding is mandatory. Extensive knowledge and understanding of secured and unsecured retails assets products primarily mortgages. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Sales Execution: Drive the Sales team from lead generation to loan closing and to ensure that the set targets are achieved on a monthly basis. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies. Operational Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the sales team, including hiring, training, and performance management. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, both existing and potential. Understand customer needs and provide tailored loan solutions. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Reporting & Analysis: Track and analyze sales performance data. Prepare regular sales reports and presentations. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance sales performance.
