About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Officer who can lead, motivate, and guide a small sales team to achieve business targets. The ideal candidate should have strong field sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive performance through coaching and planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Plan and execute field sales activities to generate business.
Track team performance and provide regular feedback.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure quality service.
Identify new business opportunities in the assigned region.
Maintain sales reports and share timely updates with management.

Requirements:

Graduation is mandatory.
Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales.
Experience in team handling will be preferred.
