What You’ll Do

• Manage calendars and coordinate virtual meetings and appointments.
• Respond to client emails and calls with professionalism and clarity.
• Draft, proofread, and format client documents and reports.
• Organize digital files and maintain accurate client records.
• Assist consultants with collecting and tracking immigration documents.
• Provide clients with updates on application status and timelines.
• Support light bookkeeping (invoices, payments, record-keeping).
• Share updates and content on our social media platforms.
• Perform general admin tasks to support the entire team.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital tools.
• Interest in social media, content sharing, and online communication.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently from home.
• High school diploma or higher (admin, business, or related studies a plus).
