Responsibilities

• Goal-Oriented Curriculum Design: Emphasizes creating a curriculum tailored to TEF/TCF standards and student objectives. You will also be required to prepare teaching materials as needed to support this curriculum and meet the specific learning goals.

• Diagnostic Assessments: Conduct initial assessments to gauge each student’s current proficiency level, allowing for more focused and targeted teaching strategies.

• Cultural and Linguistic Insights: Incorporate cultural elements and linguistic nuances of the French language to enrich students’ understanding and foster real-world language application.

• Adaptive Technology Use: Utilize digital tools and online resources to create interactive lessons and practice tests, enhancing the learning experience.

• Time Management Skills: Teach effective time management strategies to help students manage exam timing, improving their ability to complete each section within allocated limits.

• Encouraging Language Practice: Motivate students to engage in daily French language practice outside sessions to reinforce learning and improve language retention

Qualifications

• TCF/TEF (French): 1 year (required)
• IELTS Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
• CELPIP Tutoring: 1 year (preferred)
