Business Administrator

Job Title: Accountant
Location: Kozhikode, Kerala

We are looking for a smart and organized Business Admin to support the owner in managing daily business operations. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of accounting, be confident in following up for payments, and be comfortable using business systems or tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and update daily business activities and performance reports
• Follow up with clients for outstanding payments and maintain collection records
• Assist with invoice tracking, petty cash, and financial logs
• Use internal tools and systems to monitor workflow and status updates
• Coordinate between departments and external partners as needed
• Support the business owner with scheduling, communication, and task follow-up
• Handle sensitive data and documents with confidentiality and accuracy

Follow-Ups & Coordination

• Follow up with clients for payments, quotations, and documents.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and stakeholders.
• Keep the owner informed with daily/weekly updates and reminders.

Ideal Candidate:

• Graduate in Commerce/Accounting or equivalent.
• 6 Months of experience in accounts/admin roles.
• Proficient in Zoho Books/CRM and other accounting software.
• Good communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage tasks independently and responsibly.

Bonus if you have:

• Familiarity with IT products, software tools, or tech service businesses.
• Experience working directly with founders or small business owners.
• Understanding of business compliance, vendor management, or documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
