Ltd.Location: Vasai, MumbaiDepartment: Business DevelopmentPosition: BDM – Inspection ServicesExperience Required: 2–3 years in sales, preferably in real estate, construction, or related industriesAbout Markek InternationalMarkek International is an NABCB and QCI accredited certification body providing reliable quality, inspection, and compliance services. Our inspection division ensures that quality standards are maintained during redevelopment and construction projects, offering comprehensive checks at every stage and material testing through ISO 17025 and NABL accredited laboratories. We are expanding our inspection services in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, focusing on cooperative housing societies and redevelopment projects.Key Responsibilities

Identify and target cooperative housing societies undergoing or planning redevelopment projects.
Conduct client meetings, cold calls, and site visits to promote inspection services.
Present the value proposition of Markek’s inspection solutions to society committees and stakeholders.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
Collaborate with technical teams to tailor service offerings to client needs.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate CRM records of sales and client interactions.
Stay updated with market trends in redevelopment and construction.

Key Skills

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to understand technical aspects of inspection and construction services.
Proficient in MS Office

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, construction, or related industries.
Understanding of cooperative housing society operations and redevelopment is an advantage.
