Job Description

You will be serving as the chief administrative officer of a reputed Boarding School, responsible for overseeing budgeting, procurement, and facility management. As a detail-oriented, ethical, and proactive professional, your role will involve ensuring efficient financial governance while supporting the school's educational mission and long-term sustainability. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage annual budgets in coordination with the Principal and Management Committee. - Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. - Monitor expenditure to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to budgetary limits. - Ensure compliance with all relevant financial, legal, and regulatory requirements. - Maintain records related to contracts, leases, insurance, and statutory filings. - Supervise administrative functions, including transport, inventory, and procurement processes. - Oversee the maintenance of school infrastructure, boarding facilities, and utilities. - Manage vendor contracts, service agreements, and asset inventories. - Ensure campus operations meet safety, hygiene, and sustainability standards. - Advise the Principal and Board on long-term financial planning and resource allocation. - Contribute to policy formulation for financial and operational efficiency. - Support fundraising, grant applications, and capital project planning where applicable.
