As a Leader in the field of research and development at Pandorum, you will be responsible for leading and building a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team focused on the company's technology platform. Your primary objective will be to support the product core through various areas such as Cellular & Tissue Engineering, Exosomes, and Organoid based proprietary technology. You will guide a team of Scientists in establishing protocols and generating reproducible SOPs that are compliant with cGMP processes for technology/knowledge transfer aimed at clinical grade production. In this role, you will be expected to define, plan, and execute the platform and product vision, strategy, and roadmap. It will be your responsibility to develop and manage program timelines, drive the achievement of key milestones, and continuously measure the success of the products by defining metrics and setting targets. Additionally, you will supervise current and initiate new interactions with clients, collaborators, and various entities including clinical, regulatory, and CROs. As a valuable contributor to Pandorum's intellectual property portfolio, you will play an integral role in the development and maintenance of company assets. You will also be involved in writing technical and business reports, grant applications, publications, and representing the company at meetings and conferences. Furthermore, you will contribute to generating data for company publications such as newsletters, websites, social media, and printed journals. This role requires a highly qualified individual with a Ph.D. and 5 to 12 years of relevant industry experience. You should have a strong background in working with Exosomes, Stem Cells, and Tissue Engineering.
