Job Description

Noble Hat Solutions are seeking an experienced

Bulk Recruiter

to manage large-scale hiring for blue-collar roles across our operations. The ideal candidate will have strong field exposure, the ability to source high volumes of candidates quickly, and a proven track record of meeting aggressive hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

Source and mobilize large pools of candidates through field visits, job fairs, local networks, skill development institutes, and contractors.
Conduct telephonic and face-to-face screening for shop-floor and field roles.
Organize and drive walk-in interviews, recruitment camps, and mass hiring events.
Build and manage relationships with labour contractors, community leaders, and sourcing partners.
Coordinate with HR and Operations to understand manpower requirements and fulfil positions on time.
Ensure 100% compliance: documentation, ID verification, medical checks, PF/ESIC, and onboarding.
Maintain daily hiring trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports.
Achieve daily/weekly hiring targets and improve joining-to-offer ratios.

Required Skills & Experience

2 6 years of experience in bulk/blue-collar recruitment.
Strong field sourcing capability and regional market knowledge.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in high-pressure, target-driven environments.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic HR systems/ATS tools.

Education

Graduate or Diploma required.
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred but not mandatory.
