We are seeking motivated professionals with a positive attitude and outstanding communication skills to provide exceptional client support. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional voice-based customer service and resolve queries efficiently. Deliver prompt and accurate solutions to customer inquiries. Develop in-depth knowledge of the domain and client to ensure quick and effective resolution on the first call. Ensure quality adherence on every call, following both internal and client guidelines. Follow established procedures for resolving issues and maintaining proper documentation. Proactively identify opportunities for continuous process improvements.
