Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Gurugram. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and building a robust pipeline of prospective partners. The Business Development Executive will also be responsible for managing and maintaining client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and effectively communicating with stakeholders to ensure mutual success. Collaboration with internal teams to strategize and execute impactful campaigns will be essential.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong knowledge of Business and Account Management practices
• Outstanding Communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to engage stakeholders effectively
• Proficiency in strategic planning and relationship management
• Relevant experience in influencer marketing, brand management, or a related field is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
