Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on E-Commerce Sales Manager to drive online sales through our Shopify website and leading marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart. This role is based at our Chennai office and will be central to our growth journey. Key Responsibilities Shopify (Direct-to-Consumer): - Manage & optimize listings, pricing, offers, and website content. - Improve customer journey & checkout conversion. - Work with marketing team on campaigns (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads). Marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart) - Handle seller accounts, product listings, and catalog management. - Optimize keywords, A+ content, and review ratings. - Run and monitor paid campaigns (Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads). - Track competition and marketplace trends. Sales & Coordination - Monitor sales, ad spends, and profitability dashboards. - Work with supply chain/logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment & returns. - Track customer queries, feedback, and improve service ratings. Growth & Reporting - Identify sales opportunities and new online channels. - Provide weekly and monthly sales reports with insights. - Contribute directly to achieving aggressive sales targets. Requirements - 3–5 years’ experience in e-commerce sales & online marketplaces. - Hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub. - Experience running Amazon PPC / Flipkart Ads campaigns. - Strong analytical & Excel/Google Sheets skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced startup with ownership mindset. - Excellent communication & negotiation skills. Success Metrics - Growth in monthly sales (Shopify + marketplaces). - Conversion rates & repeat customer contribution. - Advertising ROI / cost of sales (ACoS). - Customer satisfaction (ratings, reviews, returns).
