Experience: 2 – 6 Years Qualification: Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Sales, or related field Industry: Coal / Carbon / Minerals / Industrial Raw Materials Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to expand our customer base, build long-term client relationships, and drive sales in the coal and carbon industry. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing markets, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in coal, carbon, coke, and related products. Generate leads, approach potential clients, and convert them into long-term customers. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product solutions. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients. Achieve sales targets and report on business growth. Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitors, and demand forecasts. Coordinate with logistics, operations, and accounts teams for order execution. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking platforms. Prepare and maintain sales reports, client data, and business pipelines. Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of coal, carbon, and related industrial products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel for client meetings and market development.
