Job Description

As an Assistant Project Manager in the Building Faade Department at JLL, you will be a key member of the team, working closely with project leads to ensure the success of projects. Your role will involve taking ownership of small projects and supporting major ones. It is essential that you excel in managing the organizational structure of each project, ensuring streamlined communication, reporting, and working procedures, as well as establishing clear project objectives. Your presence at project meetings is vital, and you will be responsible for creating project-related reports and reviews. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial for forecasting project expenditure and effectively managing project budgets. In this role, you will play a significant part in building and maintaining strong client relationships, as well as upholding excellence in project delivery. You will oversee professional consultants involved in project design and documentation, handle contract administration with vendors, and identify and mitigate project risks. A sense of urgency in problem-solving, product improvement, market expansion, and strategy implementation is essential. You should be resilient, capable of managing competing priorities and tight deadlines effectively. Key Responsibilities include coordinating with design consultants to ensure the deliverables of all faade-related drawings, collecting and validating shop drawings, executing and monitoring faade-related work, setting up quality manuals and inspection plans, tracking materials delivery, and ensuring conformity with design specifications during construction.
