BTL Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute

  BTL marketing campaigns

   to generate qualified leads through

  corporate sessions, PSU tie-ups, school and college engagements, and society activation events.

• Organize and manage

  health camps, financial awareness drives, and community engagement activities

   to strengthen local market presence.
• Collaborate with

  sales teams

   to align event objectives with

  lead targets and business outcomes.

• Identify new

  partnership opportunities

   with corporates, institutions, and local associations to expand lead pipelines.
• Coordinate with

  vendors, agencies, and internal departments

   for event execution, branding setup, and post-activity reporting.
• Track performance metrics, maintain data of leads generated, and submit detailed

  activity reports and ROI analysis.

• Ensure all activities comply with

  brand guidelines

   and deliver a consistent brand experience.

Requirements:

• MBA in Marketing

   or equivalent qualification.

• 35 years of experience

   in BTL marketing, event management, or lead-generation roles.
• Candidates from

  Banking, Mutual Fund Distributor companies, or Financial Broker Firms

   will be

  preferred.

• Good knowledge of local South Indian languages

   is mandatory.
• Proven ability to manage multiple on-ground marketing activities simultaneously.
• Excellent

  communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management

   skills.
• Strong

  analytical skills

   to track performance, ROI, and lead quality.
