Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior engineers in planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
  • Support in preparing project documentation such as project schedules, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Design, Procurement, Quality, Production, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct basic calculations, drawings review, and technical support as required.
  • Monitor project progress and report daily/weekly updates to the Project Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards during project execution.
  • Learn and apply project management tools and techniques.

Key Skills Required:

  • Good knowledge of engineering fundamentals.
  • Basic understanding of project management concepts.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of AutoCAD/SolidWorks is a plus.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
