Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Process and manage refunds for clients in a timely and efficient manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to refunds and payments.
Analyze and identify trends and areas for improvement in the refunds process.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Provide excellent customer service to clients and respond to their inquiries.
Maintain accurate records and reports of refunds processed.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of refunds processing principles and practices.
Experience working in the IT Service & Consulting industry is preferred.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using software applications and systems.
A Bachelor's degree is required.
