Brisil Technologies - Manager - Production & Operations

is seeking a Production & Operations Manager to join the team. Brisil Technologies is a fast growing sustainability startup involved in manufacturing green chemicals. Founded by IIT alumni, Brisil is funded by CIIE, IIM Ahmedabad and Foreign Investors. It has won various Indian & International awards during its journey. Brisil has developed and commercialized its self developed patented technology to produce advanced green chemicals from bio- waste. Currently Brisil has two manufacturing plants operational in Gujarat, and in process of setting up three more plants across the India & Asia. Brisil has its customers spread across the globe and have distributors presence in 11 countries. Its customer base includes some of the biggest brands tyre, rubber, footwear segments, including some leading Fortune 500 companies. Your primary role is a lead Production and Operations of the plant. The key responsibility area are

• Managing day to day production/operations of the plant
• Manage Manpower, stocks, utility etc of the plant
• Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.
• Developing production plans & targets as per order volume and execution of the production plans
• Analysing production data to identify and resolve any production issues and getting optimum performance & yields
• Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers.
• Regularly inspecting finished products to ensure product quality
• Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping
• Implementing maintenance schedule, conducting periodic checks, maintaining technical documents
• Handling customer visits to the plant and able to manage customer audits by big customers
  

Skills Set

• Proven academic record
• Ability to work independently as well as with the team
• Experienced in MS office (MS Word, XL, PPT), ERP Softwares
• Self-motivated and results driven, ability to lead the team.
  

Education Background

• B.Tech./BE preferably in Chemical/Material Science Engineering from premier engg. institute
• Minimum 4 years of work experience with a big chemical/FMCG/material company
