Hiring: Branding & Marketing Specialist Talent Acquisition

Location:

creative Branding & Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Create
client & leadership presentation decks
– visually appealing PPTs for pitches, reviews & branding.
Design & execute
recruitment marketing campaigns
(social media ads, SEO-driven content, job boards).
Develop engaging
employer branding content
(blogs, posts, reels, videos).
Research competitors’ social media & recruitment branding strategies.
Coordinate
campus branding activities
with placement officers.
Ensure consistent employer brand presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, job portals & offline channels.
Track campaign performance using analytics & optimize for better results.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s in Marketing / Communications / HR or equivalent.
2–6 years’ experience in
recruitment marketing, SEO, social media ads, or digital branding
.
Strong skills in
PowerPoint (PPT), Canva, and visual storytelling
.
Knowledge of
social media platforms, paid ad campaigns, SEO best practices
.
Excellent communication, creativity, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
