Digital Marketing Executive / Digital Marketer

Headcount:

Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute SEO, SEM, and digital marketing campaigns to increase online visibility.
Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, X, Instagram) with regular updates and engagement.
Run, optimize, and scale high-performing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with proven expertise in lead generation and performance marketing.
Create high-quality content including blogs, newsletters, case studies, and product collateral.
Analyse campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies for better ROI.
Collaborate with sales team to convert leads into opportunities.
Organize webinars, workshops, and promotional events targeting hospitals, labs, and medical colleges.
Maintain marketing documentation and reports for management review.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Increase in website traffic and search engine rankings
Number of qualified leads generated through campaigns
Engagement rates on social media platforms
ROI on digital marketing spend

Required Skills & Competencies:

Expertise in SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media marketing
Strong content writing and creative design skills
