Position: Branding Expert for websites.

Designation : Brand Strategy

Experience: 7+ Years

Employment Type: External Consultant (Part time)

Location: India (Remote)

We are looking for a candidate who is a Lead and advise on the strategic rebranding and ensuring the new brand reflects cultural authenticity, modern design principles, and a unified identity across all digital and physical touchpoints.

Brand Strategy Leadership

Guide overall rebranding direction, aligning with US Clients and Tribal Mission and future vision.

Visual Identity Oversight

Advise on logo, color palette, typography, and design elements inspired by Cahuilla heritage.

Cultural Consultation

Ensure respectful representation and protection of tribal culture and intellectual property.

Digital Brand Experience

Provide input on website UX/UI, storytelling, and digital engagement strategy.

Brand Architecture Development

Organize master brand and sub-brands for government, cultural, and economic services.

Performance Metrics & Governance

Define KPIs, assist in measurement plans, and create long-term brand governance tools

Required Experience:

6–8 years in branding, marketing, or communications consulting

Experience with tribal, public sector, or culturally sensitive projects

Strong portfolio in rebranding, visual identity, and digital transformation

Excellent communication and facilitation skills

Familiarity with brand strategy tools, UX/UI, CRM, and SEO best practices.
