Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech/B.A./MBA/PGDM/M.A./Master’s in Marketing/PR/Branding/Advertising/Mass Communication/Media Studies/Digital Marketing.

• 6–8 years of professional experience in Marketing, Branding, Advertising, and Communication

  .
• Strong expertise in

  ATL (Above-the-Line)

  and

  BTL (Below-the-Line)

  campaign strategies.
• Proven track record in

  IEC (Information, Education & Communication) campaigns

  for government, development, or large-scale community programs.
• Knowledge of

  rural development, irrigation, agriculture, and water resource projects

  will be an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and implement

  ATL & BTL marketing strategies

  for IEC initiatives under WBADMIP – Phase II.
• Develop and manage

  brand identity and positioning

  of the project at state, district, and community levels.
• Plan and execute

  mass outreach campaigns

  including TV, radio, print media, outdoor advertising, and digital platforms.
• Drive

  BTL initiatives

  such as community events, farmer awareness programs, field demonstrations, and stakeholder workshops.
• Coordinate with creative agencies, production teams, and media partners for effective content development and dissemination.
• Build partnerships with local media, influencers, and grassroots networks to maximize campaign reach.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness, ensuring measurable outcomes aligned with project objectives.
• Prepare communication materials, case studies, and success stories to showcase project impact.
