Role Overview

Brand Strategist

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Brand Formulation:

  Conduct comprehensive audits to define Brand DNA, including positioning, value propositions, and brand architecture.

• Communication Strategy:

  Develop campaign-specific communication hierarchies, ensuring that messaging pillars are aligned with audience insights and market trends.

• Collaborating with the Creative Team:

  Provide the creative team with robust, data-backed briefs and oversee execution to ensure all deliverables remain strictly on-strategy.

• Research & Trend Presentations:

  Conduct brand studies and consumer behaviour research, packaging them into high-stakes decks for C-suite presentations.

• Brand Guidelines & Playbooks:

  Create and document comprehensive brand manuals to ensure consistency across all creative outputs.

Experience:

Skills Required

• A strong

  consultancy aptitude

  to diagnose a brand’s business problems and offer objective, strategic solutions rather than just creative ideas.
• Deep

  understanding of brand archetypes, semiotics, and the psychological drivers

  behind brand loyalty.

• Exceptional communication skills

  with the ability to articulate "The Big Idea" clearly to both internal teams and external clients.
• Expertise in

  deckbuilding

  (Google Slides, Keynote, or PowerPoint).
• Ability to

  multi-task

  across several brand accounts and tight deadlines.
