Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and analytical Brand Strategist to develop and execute brand briefs, campaigns, storytelling, and communication strategies that elevate our brand partner identity and connect meaningfully with the target audience.

Eligibility/ Qualification Criteria:

• 3-5 years of working experience in as a brand strategist
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, or a related field. Engineers are welcome too :D 
• Ability to identify the grey zone or relevant insights to build actionable campaigns
• Strong storytelling and PPT making skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct the market research, competitor analysis, and target audience segmentation
• Decode GenZ culture, trends, memes, and mindsets to shape brand thinking
• Turning research into strategy and strategy into campaigns
• Attending the brand briefing calls.
• Develop brand strategies and communications for campaigns, and partnerships.
• Presentation of the brand campaigns to the clients.
• Building the campaigns with a minimum turn-around time

Brownie points:

• You have worked on the brand side
• You understand the GenZ insights and have worked on GenZ campaigns
• You have a foresight on what can possibly trend in the GenZ space

Absolutely non-negotiable:

• Purely Hybrid. In-office presence required 3 days a week initially, moving to 2 days a week
• We work 10 AM-7 PM, Monday to Friday.
• We will provide the stipend, LOR, LOA, evening chai, and oh! Yeah, insane experience. Experience that will be just a line on your Resume but will reflect in your interview.
• Will provide sick leaves, mental health off, exam prep off, Duhh!
