The role: Brand Services Management - Director

You’ll be part of our Brand Services team, leading management and execution of projects across key brands. The role is equal parts strategy, client partnership, and delivery, owning outcomes from the first brief to the final handover. For this role, we are inviting applications from male candidates only, as a specific set of brands under this portfolio requires it.


What you’ll do

  • Take charge of the entire solutioning cycle—brief, ideas, execution, and delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with both clients and internal teams (Strategy, Creative, Finance, Design, Digital).
  • Present ideas and sell them with conviction.
  • Manage every step of the project process: scoping, estimates, timelines, documentation, resourcing, presentations, budgets, invoicing, and collections.
  • Understand client challenges in the context of their business and market.
  • Spot roadblocks early and find ways around them.
  • Create case studies for key projects to showcase our work.

What you’ll need

  • 6-8 years of experience managing brands in an advertising, creative, or digital agency.
  • Hands-on exposure to advertising, social, digital marketing, and design-led brand projects.
  • Case studies of integrated, cross-platform campaigns.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate both strategy and creative ideas.
  • Prior exposure to brand strategy and content planning, with some writing experience.
