Brand Service Manager (Client Servicing)

Location:

Role Overview

We re looking for a dynamic and outspoken Brand Service Manager who loves solving problems, managing relationships, and driving impactful work. You will be the bridge between clients and internal teams ensuring seamless communication, timely delivery, and high-quality output across all projects.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

  • Build strong, trust-driven client relationships and act as their internal advocate.

  • Understand client goals, challenges, and expectations to deliver insightful solutions.

Project & Campaign Management

  • Lead the execution of integrated marketing and non-marketing campaigns.

  • Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams to deliver high-quality work.

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and documentation.

  • Ensure communication is smooth and timely between clients and internal teams.

Strategic Problem-Solving

  • Identify problems early and propose innovative, actionable solutions.

  • Maintain quality standards across all creative and service outputs.

  • Act as a brand custodian, ensuring adherence to branding guidelines.

Business Growth & Pitches

  • Identify opportunities to grow business from existing clients.

  • Contribute to pitch presentations and strategic proposals.

  • Support new business efforts with insights, documentation, and presentations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or similar field.

  • 2-4 years of experience in client servicing or account management (agency experience preferred).

  • Experience with BFSI clients is an added advantage.

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities under tight deadlines.

  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits.

  • Proficiency in tools such as Asana, Trello, Basecamp, etc.

  • Strong leadership qualities with a collaborative mindset.
