Role Overview: As a Client Relationship Manager at our company, your primary responsibility will be to bring revenue and upselling opportunities from key clients. You will be managing high-profile client relationships with various companies, agencies, and revenue-generating partners. Additionally, you will be extensively looking after long-term Brand Deals. You will collaborate with the Strategy, Sales, and Brand Solutions teams to create innovative campaigns and strategies for brands and creators. Your role will also involve managing day-to-day deals operations with clients, handling client documentation processes, agreements, and other paperwork. You will have complete account responsibility from the initial contact to the final negotiation using professional integrated selling techniques across email, phone, and video conferencing to grow the assigned territory/category. Key Responsibilities: - Bring revenue and upselling opportunities from key clients - Manage high-profile client relationships with companies, agencies, and revenue-generating partners - Look after long-term Brand Deals - Collaborate with Strategy, Sales & Brand Solutions teams to craft campaigns and strategies for brands & creators - Manage day-to-day deals operations with clients, handle client documentation processes, agreements, and paperwork - Have complete account responsibility from the first contact to the end negotiation using professional selling techniques across email, phone, and video conferencing Qualifications Required: - Extensive experience at an Influencer Marketing company/agency, responsible for selling content solutions/advertising campaigns to brands - Well-versed in current social trends and digital technologies, with strong tech-savviness - Experience in making professional presentations and writing compelling proposals to close sales and exceed goals - Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.,
