Job Description

The Sponsorship Sales Manager position is ideal for a high-performance closer who thrives on exceeding targets and is passionate about pitching big ideas, securing brand deals, and achieving quarter-on-quarter goals. As part of a high-growth, high-energy team, you will have the opportunity to work on some of the most exciting IPs in the country and beyond, including large-scale events, iconic races, and powerful youth engagement platforms. Your responsibilities will include hunting for new business opportunities by identifying potential brand partners, creating compelling presentations tailored to each brand's needs, negotiating and closing impactful partnerships, managing your pipeline effectively, establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless partnership execution. Success in this role will involve consistently exceeding revenue targets and continually raising the bar for performance. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-4 years of experience in sponsorship sales, brand partnerships, or B2B media/event sales. Key skills required for this role include the ability to craft engaging pitch decks, strong negotiation skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, proactive lead generation, and a strong emphasis on follow-up to ensure deal closures.
