As a Sponsorship Sales Manager at our company, you will be part of a high-growth, high-energy team that is on the forefront of building exciting IPs in the country and beyond. Your main goal will be to drive revenue by bringing bold brands onboard for large-scale events, iconic races, and powerful youth engagement platforms. In this role, your key responsibilities will include: - Relentlessly hunting for new business opportunities by identifying high-potential brand partners and pitching with precision - Crafting power-packed decks and tailoring proposals that speak the language of brands and address their business goals - Negotiating like a boss to close partnerships that create real impact - Owning and managing your pipeline to ensure it remains active and productive - Building strong and strategic relationships with key decision-makers across industries - Following up diligently until the ink is dry on the deal - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless partnership execution - Consistently exceeding revenue targets quarter after quarter and setting new benchmarks To qualify for this role, you should have: - 3-4 years of solid experience in sponsorship sales, brand partnerships, or B2B media/event sales Required skills for this position include: - Ability to create pitch decks that inform and sell effectively - Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of closing big-ticket deals - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships - Proactive approach to generating leads and following up consistently - Belief in the importance of follow-up in the sales process In addition, as part of our team, you can look forward to: - Working on India's most disruptive experiential IPs and contributing to taking them global - Autonomy, ownership, and recognition for your successes - Being part of a high-performance culture that values results over mere effort - Direct access to leadership, quick decision-making processes, and a no-red-tape environment - Being part of a team that works hard, plays harder, and celebrates big wins Experience: 3-4 Years Equal Opportunity!!
