Brand Partnership Manager

As a Brand Partnership Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by establishing strategic relationships with brands and clients within the influencer marketing industry. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying, engaging, and onboarding brands and clients for influencer marketing campaigns. You will develop and implement B2B sales strategies to foster long-term partnerships and collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of campaigns. Your key duties will involve building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in marketing and advertising, understanding client objectives to create customized influencer marketing solutions, leading pitch presentations and negotiations, and staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide innovative solutions to clients. Additionally, you will manage the sales pipeline, track performance metrics, and report insights to senior management. The ideal candidate for this role should possess 1-6 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client partnerships within the influencer marketing, digital marketing, or media industry. You should have a proven track record in sales, a strong network of brand and agency contacts, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to develop data-driven sales strategies.
