Key Accountabilities

Business Delivery

Work towards maximizing brand matrix to support delivery of volume and value AOP
Granular planning of product wise/geography wise support

Lead brand transition

Planning & Execution of corporate brand transition
Defining Consumer Brand Strategy & Architecture

Brand Health Score Delivery

For Corporate Brand & each Hero brand define the brand elements & communication strategy
Deliver consumer proposition on each brand via communication and activation

Media strategy & Execution

Balance Awareness & conversion KPI
Create long term properties & associations
Mange relationship with Media agency

Brand ambassador management

Mange relationships with the relevant Ambassador to ensure delivery of Brand objectives

People and organization development

Work with multiple stakeholders in ANIl & JSW deliver on business & brand objectives
Mentor and groom team for future roles
