As a Brand Marketing Manager at PhonePe Limited, you will play a crucial role in owning the marketing charter for one of our key business verticals. Your responsibilities will include driving growth through an integrated marketing approach, managing end-to-end campaign strategies, leveraging various media channels for impactful communication, utilizing consumer insights for strategy development, and effectively collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Business Acumen & Strategy:** Drive growth for your assigned business vertical by developing deep category and business understanding and translating data into actionable marketing strategies. - **End-to-End Campaign Management:** Define marketing objectives, plan campaigns, manage partners, and ensure high-quality output within budget and timelines. - **Integrated Media Planning:** Utilize various media channels to define clear problem statements and measure impact effectively. - **Consumer Insights & Research:** Generate insights from qualitative and quantitative data to power strategy, creative development, and impact measurement. - **Stakeholder Management:** Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive decision-making and negotiation effectively to achieve marketing goals. **Qualifications & Skills:** - **Education & Experience:** An MBA from a Tier-1 college with 5-7 years of holistic brand marketing experience. - **Strategic & Analytical Thinking:** Ability to translate business, media, and research data into actionable insights. - **Execution & Ownership:** Demonstrated high degree of ownership, accountability, and operational excellence. - **Stakeholder Management:** Excellent relationship management skills and ability to collaborate effectively. - **Marketing Craft:** Deep understanding of the marketing mix and ability to write effective briefs for agencies. - **Agency Management:** Experience in managing creative, research, and media agency partners. - **Resilience & Agility:** Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt ways of working to achieve results.
