What You Will Be Doing
- Designing and executing multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, paid advertising, affiliate/community) with defined KPIs and lead objectives.
- Developing and overseeing compelling content (blogs, emails, guides, social media) that guides parents from awareness to enrollment readiness.
- Establishing and expanding affiliate and parent-ambassador programs to consistently generate qualified leads.
- Managing the quarterly marketing schedule, setting goals, and defining KPIs, then analyzing results and making improvements.
- Evaluating channel performance, refining messages/offers, and enhancing ROI with each sprint.

- Relying on outdated strategies or waiting extensively for approvals.
- Pursuing superficial metrics; every effort aligns with qualified lead growth.
- Operating within a large team with frequent handoffs—you'll manage both strategy and execution.

Basic Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in managing comprehensive multi-channel campaigns with measurable success.
- Demonstrated ability in persuasive writing tailored to niche consumer groups, particularly those focused on homeschooling or parenting.
- Hands-on experience in shaping brand identity, not merely executing within one.
- Proficiency with CRM, CMS, analytics, and AI content tools; adept at defining and achieving KPIs.
- Proven experience collaborating directly with executives and making informed decisions amid uncertainty.
- Degree in marketing/communications or equivalent professional experience.

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
