Job Description

As a Brand & Market Research Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in assessing brand health, analyzing market trends, and providing actionable insights. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting qualitative & quantitative research to evaluate brand health, brand positioning, and social media performance. - Designing and executing surveys, focus groups, and interviews to understand consumer preferences. - Analyzing market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer sentiment to offer actionable insights. In the area of Brand Tracking & Measurement, you will be responsible for monitoring brand awareness, sentiment, and perception, as well as identifying opportunities to improve brand positioning and differentiation. Your role will also involve Data Analysis & Reporting, where you will need to understand statistical metrics to analyze research data and create clear, actionable reports. Additionally, you will develop consumer segmentation models and buyer personas to inform strategy. Collaboration & Strategic Support are key aspects of this position, requiring you to work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate insights into strategy and support research initiatives for product launches, brand campaigns, and digital salience. Market & Competitive Intelligence will be another critical area of focus, involving tracking competitor activity, industry trends, and market shifts to identify risks and opportunities. You will also synthesize secondary research and decode primary research studies/surveys to guide brand decisions. Your strategic recommendations will be vital, as you will present research findings to senior leadership, offering data-driven insights and recommendations. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - 1-2 years of experience in market or brand research, preferably in a marketing or agency role. - Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods, NPS, and consumer surveys. - The ability to distill complex data into clear, impactful insights. - Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills. - Understanding of consumer psychology and trends.
