Brand Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing and delivering the local implementation of the positioning for Grants Triple Wood and Grants Distinction. Your main focus will be driving sustainable brand growth, awareness, equity, consumer engagement, and brand profitability through various marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver brand targets by effectively planning finances, managing project resources, aligning systems and processes, and directing brand advocacy activities to ensure optimal utilization of A&P. - Create and execute brand ideas through a 360 approach, including ATL, on-ground properties, trials, PR, and influencer programs to enhance brand awareness. - Conduct research and consumer-led approaches to define clear priorities and objectives. - Lead the development and implementation of brand strategy, extensions, annual marketing plans, and brand positioning to increase market share. - Design and implement off-trade and on-trade tool kits, along with innovative strategies for Omni channel campaigns to collaborate with Sales teams/GBTs for locally aligned brand executions. - Own Banquet/large consumption occasions, gifting, and VAP solutions to enhance brand consideration. - Champion Route to Consumer and Category understanding to deliver insights that lead to strong programs and communications. - Align trade advocate activities with local/global brand strategies to drive brand love and awareness. - Implement portfolio-led initiatives on Grants to create a halo effect of Triple Wood. - Maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to optimize activity delivery and facilitate timely communication. Qualifications Required: - Interest driven by curiosity about the category and industry. - Spirits industry knowledge and experience are desirable. - Ability to build sustainable rapport with key contacts and express yourself clearly and energetically. - Skills in leading and motivating people to achieve results. - Champion of new ideas and initiatives, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. - Strong integrity and social skills, cultural sensitivity, and adaptability in various working environments. - Passionate presenter with the ability to inspire whisky consumers/enthusiasts. - Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and a team player mindset.
