Ltd. , is seeking a Brand Manager who thrives at the intersection of creativity, curation, and client servicing. This is a dual-role opportunity where you will be responsible for managing high-profile wedding clients while also leading the operations and growth of Tssifira Talent Management — our in-house artist representation and entertainment sourcing division. You’ll be the key link between discerning wedding clients, creative teams, and a dynamic roster of talent — shaping immersive, artist-led experiences that elevate every event. From bespoke bridal entries and thematic acts to managing artist logistics and digital branding, your impact will be deeply felt across both the client journey and talent lifecycle. Key ResponsibilitiesWedding & Client Servicing Liaise directly with premium wedding clients to understand entertainment requirements and curate customized performance solutions. Suggest, design, and execute thematic artist-led moments such as entries, stage acts, baraat experiences, and immersive segments. Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, hospitality) to ensure seamless integration of performances into the overall event flow. Talent Management & Artist Coordination Manage exclusive and non-exclusive artists on the Tssifira roster — from onboarding and scheduling to on-ground execution. Be the company’s face on event days — managing artist logistics, ensuring performance quality, and troubleshooting in real-time. Maintain and expand a national sourcing network of managers, agencies, and freelance performers across multiple categories (musicians, emcees, dancers, specialty acts). Scout fresh, emerging talent and initiate onboarding conversations for potential representation under Tssifira. Build and update an organized talent database, including availability, performance records, and creative categories. Branding & Digital Management Oversee the digital presence of artists — from social media assets and promotional reels to brand collaborations and content strategies. Support the marketing and sales teams with pitch decks, artist-driven proposals, and client-facing presentations. Research & Innovation Stay ahead of performance trends in the wedding and live entertainment space. Bring creative insights to the table for new formats, immersive experiences, and differentiated artist acts that align with Tssifira’s premium positioning. Key Requirements 3–6 years of experience in artist management, live event entertainment, or wedding talent coordination. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first approach. Creative acumen in curating entertainment-led experiences, particularly for high-end weddings. Well-networked with artist managers, performers, and entertainment suppliers across India. Comfort with managing artists on-ground and ensuring smooth show execution. Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken and written). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and talent coordination tools. Willingness to travel frequently across cities for event execution. Why Join Tssifira?
