About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Tour Consultant to join our growing travel division. This role is integral to ensuring seamless travel experiences for our clients. From ticketing and reservations to liaising with DMCs and co-creating experiential travel packages, you'll be a key contributor in delivering exceptional domestic and international journeys. Key Responsibilities 1. Ticketing & Reservations Manage flight, train, and other travel bookings through online booking portals. Any knowledge of global distribution systems (GDS) is a bonus Monitor availability, fare changes, and booking deadlines Handle modifications, cancellations, and special service requests efficiently Ensure timely confirmations, invoicing, and documentation 2.
