About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Tour Consultant to join our growing travel division. This role is integral to ensuring seamless travel experiences for our clients. From ticketing and reservations to liaising with DMCs and co-creating experiential travel packages, you'll be a key contributor in delivering exceptional domestic and international journeys. Key Responsibilities 1. Ticketing & Reservations Manage flight, train, and other travel bookings through online booking portals. Any knowledge of global distribution systems (GDS) is a bonus Monitor availability, fare changes, and booking deadlines Handle modifications, cancellations, and special service requests efficiently Ensure timely confirmations, invoicing, and documentation 2. DMC Coordination & Vendor Management Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with trusted Destination Management Companies (DMCs) globally Negotiate service contracts, rates, and commission structures Coordinate with DMCs for tailored itineraries and seamless ground services 3. Package Curation & Customization Assist in designing innovative, well-balanced travel packages catering to diverse audiences — solo travelers, groups, corporates, and women-only travelers Source accommodations, experiences, transfers, and activities based on budget and theme Prepare detailed travel proposals and presentations Stay informed about new destinations, visa requirements, and travel advisories 4. Client Engagement & Support Act as a point of contact for clients from pre-booking to post-travel feedback Understand client preferences to offer curated travel solutions Handle queries with a focus on service excellence and prompt response 5. Internal Coordination & Reporting Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to streamline client journeys Maintain organized records of bookings, vendor contacts, and cost sheets Prepare periodic performance reports and insights for internal reviews Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in travel consulting, ticketing, or tour operations (1–3 years preferred) Proficiency in travel booking portals. Proficiency in GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, etc.) is a bonus Strong understanding of global and domestic travel landscapes Excellent communication and negotiation skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking ability Working knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and travel software Why Join Us?
