Brand Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies for clients in alignment with their business objectives.
• Lead brand positioning, value proposition creation, and messaging frameworks to strengthen brand identity.
• Oversee end-to-end brand campaigns, ensuring creative excellence and consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and audience insights to guide branding decisions.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling brand narratives, guidelines, and visual systems.
• Monitor brand performance metrics and prepare periodic reports with actionable insights.
• Ensure consistent brand communication across social media, digital ads, websites, and other platforms.
• Manage client relationships, present strategies, and provide recommendations that enhance brand value.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of brand assets and campaign materials.
• Stay updated with industry trends, consumer behavior shifts, and emerging technologies relevant to digital branding.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in branding, brand management, or strategic marketing (agency experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and social media ecosystems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
• Creative thinker with the ability to conceptualize and execute innovative brand ideas.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Proficiency in brand strategy tools, market analysis, and digital performance metrics.
