🔍 Role Overview

Quick Commerce Subject Matter Expert

🎯 What You’ll Be Responsible For

• 🧠 Act as the in-house expert on Q-commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Amazon Fresh, etc.)
• 📈 Advise clients on platform-specific strategy, positioning, assortment, and promotional plans
• 🛍️ Work closely with content, design, and media teams to craft optimized listings, promo creatives, and campaign plans
• 📊 Analyze platform data, sales metrics, and consumer behavior to inform strategy and drive ROI
• 🔄 Build scalable frameworks, playbooks, and processes for Q-commerce excellence across client portfolios
• 🤝 Liaise with platform partners and stay ahead of updates, tools, and trends
• 🧾 Support new business pitches and Q-commerce-focused growth opportunities

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 10–12 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, brand/retail strategy, or shopper marketing
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on exposure to quick commerce platforms or online marketplaces
• Strong understanding of how FMCG/CPG brands operate in the rapid-delivery space
• Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data into strategic insights
• Strong collaboration skills — able to work cross-functionally with creative, media, and account teams
• Excellent communication and client advisory skills
• Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and adaptability in fast-paced environments
