Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute annual/quarterly marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Plan and manage integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, retail, and modern trade.
  • Lead brand activations, product launches, and trade/channel promotions.
  • Manage marketing budgets, track ROI, and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Drive consumer and market insights to support growth and new market expansion.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, finance, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
  • Track KPIs such as brand awareness, market share, engagement, and sales impact.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strategic marketing, brand management, and channel activation
  • Digital marketing & marketing analytics
  • Budgeting, ROI analysis, and performance tracking
  • Strong leadership, execution, and stakeholder management
  • FMCG marketing exposure preferred

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing/Business (MBA preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in FMCG/Consumer Goods marketing, branding, or channel marketing
