Brand Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand strategies, positioning, and messaging to achieve business goals.
  
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to identify opportunities and threats.
  
• Manage brand budgets, track ROI, and ensure cost-effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product, design) to ensure consistent brand communication.
  
• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, influencer, PR).
  
• Oversee the creation of brand content, advertising materials, and product packaging.
  
• Monitor brand performance metrics (awareness, engagement, market share) and prepare regular reports for leadership.
  
• Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to across all internal and external communications.
  
• Foster strong relationships with agencies, vendors, and media partners.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and consumer behavior.

Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
  
• 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related role.
  
• Proven track record of managing successful brand campaigns.
  
• Experience working with creative agencies and media planning.
