Job Summary:

Provide
onsite desktop and laptop support
to end users, ensuring minimal downtime.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot
operating systems, applications, and hardware
.
Handle
Outlook configuration, mailbox setup, and troubleshooting email issues
.
Support and troubleshoot
LAN, WAN, DNS, and DHCP-related issues
.
Perform regular maintenance, patching, and updates of systems.
Assist in network connectivity setup, printer configuration, and peripheral support.
Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
Collaborate with IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Key Skills:

Strong knowledge of
Desktop Support
and
End-user support (onsite)

Experience with
Networking fundamentals
(LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP).
Proficiency in
