We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Brand Manager – Influencer Marketing to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the central link between brands and the creators/influencers we collaborate with. Your primary responsibility will be to understand brand requirements, align them with creator capabilities, and ensure smooth communication, alignment, and execution. Key Responsibilities: Client Communication & Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact between the brand and internal teams. Understand brand objectives, campaign KPIs, and creative expectations. Ensure clear communication of briefs, timelines, and deliverables to all parties. Campaign Planning & Execution: Collaborate with internal planning and creator management teams to ensure campaign deliverables meet brand expectations. Coordinate feedback loops between the brand and creators—track revisions, approvals, and go-live status. Monitor timelines and ensure campaigns are executed without delays. Quality Control: Ensure content created by influencers aligns with the brand's tone, messaging, and goals. Conduct quality checks before submission to the brand. Problem Solving & Escalation Management: Resolve conflicts or misalignments between creators and brand expectations effectively. Escalate issues when needed and ensure solutions are implemented swiftly. Reporting & Analytics: Collaborate with internal teams to track campaign performance.
