Job Description

Manager Brand Marketing

  • Brand Management:

    Own and execute annual brand strategy and communications while ensuring consistency with global guidelines and brand integrity. Build awareness by highlighting unique brand positioning and value.
  • Customer Analysis:

    Identify customer insights, define buyer personas, and tailor brand communication to target audience preferences.
  • Marketing Campaigns:

    Plan, create, and execute end-to-end brand-led campaigns, integrating creative direction, storytelling, and on-ground activation.
  • PR & Events:

    Lead PR-led campaigns, seasonal events, and special launches in collaboration with agencies and media partners.
  • Digital Marketing:

    Collaborate across teams to support integrated communication across print, CRM, digital, social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter), and influencer marketing.
  • Celebrity Management:

    Manage relationships and deliverables for celebrity brand ambassadors. Coordinate photo/video shoots and seasonal campaigns.
  • Stakeholder Management:

    Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Ecom, Creative) and external partners (e.g., agencies, vendors, regional/global brand teams) to drive execution and manage approvals, costing, and reporting.
  • Reports & Insights:

    Track campaign performance, analyze results against industry benchmarks, and recommend optimizations based on competitive intelligence.

Required Qualifications

  • MBA from a

    premier institute

    with

    5–10 years

    of experience in brand marketing or communications.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer behavior, and media planning.
  • Experience managing

    celebrity endorsements

    , digital campaigns, and PR events.
  • Hands-on knowledge of

    social and digital marketing

    platforms and tools.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management with strong cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in

    Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

    .
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
