Job Description

Responsible for developing and executing brand strategies for FMCG cosmetic products, with a strong focus on talcum powder. Will lead product positioning, marketing campaigns, innovation initiatives, and market expansion strategies, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives in domestic and export markets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement annual brand plans for talcum powder category in particular, and cosmetics in general.
Lead new product development, packaging design, and positioning strategies for target markets.
Drive consumer research and competitive analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
Plan and execute ATL & BTL campaigns, including digital, retail, and influencer marketing.
Coordinate with R&D, production, and sales teams to ensure timely product launches.
Manage marketing budgets, track ROI, and optimize campaign performance.
Build strategic partnerships with distributors, modern trade, and e-commerce platforms.

Qualifications

MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Brand Management, or related field.
610 years’ experience in FMCG brand management, preferably in cosmetics.
Must have handled talcum powder products in past roles.
Experience in new product launches, packaging development, and category growth.

Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of FMCG consumer behavior and retail channels.
Proven expertise in cosmetics product marketing, especially powders.
Creative thinking and ability to craft compelling brand stories.
Strong analytical and market research skills.

Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional coordination abilities
