Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the fragrance brand.
• Define brand identity, positioning, communication, and consumer experience.
• Drive sales and profitability across D2C, marketplaces (Nykaa, Amazon, Flipkart), and modern trade.
• Build brand awareness through 360° marketing — digital, influencer, PR, and retail activations.
• Manage partnerships with creative, media, and retail collaborators.
• Lead cross-functional coordination with R&D, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Build and mentor a small, high-performing team as the brand scales.

About You

• 8–10 years of experience in

  brand management, marketing, or business leadership

  within

  beauty, fragrance, lifestyle, or FMCG

  .
• Proven track record in

  launching or scaling a D2C or consumer brand

  in India.
• Deep understanding of

  Gen Z and millennial consumers

  , digital marketing, and emerging retail trends.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong creative instincts and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
