JOB DESCRIPTION - Experience: 2-3 years in Pharmaceutical Brand/Product Manager Job Overview: - We are seeking a dynamic and driven Pharmaceutical Brand Manager to join our Brandnis marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assisting with brand strategy, marketing campaigns, and product management for our pharmaceutical products. This role requires a candidate with a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, regulatory compliance, and an ability to execute effective marketing campaigns to drive product growth in the market. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field. Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing, regulations and compliance. Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of digital marketing tools. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team and manage multiple projects. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and execution of brand strategies for pharmaceutical products. Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, market needs, and regulatory requirements. Support the launch of new pharmaceutical products, working closely with the sales, medical, and regulatory teams. Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with product knowledge, promotional materials, and necessary tools to enhance product visibility. Ensure all marketing materials, campaigns, and advertisements comply with pharmaceutical industry regulations. Monitor product performance, sales data, and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
