Job Description:

The Brand Development Specialist will be responsible for enhancing brand presence, introducing new fashion concepts, and aligning products with upcoming fashion trends in the retail mall. The role requires strong fashion knowledge, vendor coordination, and market trend analysis to ensure the brand remains competitive and appealing to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute brand development strategies for the retail mall.
• Stay updated with

  latest and upcoming fashion trends

  (apparel, footwear, accessories).
• Identify new designs and fashion concepts aligned with market demand.
• Coordinate with

  vendors and suppliers

  for new designs, samples, and order placements.
• Plan and manage seasonal collections and new product launches.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to understand customer preferences.
• Work closely with merchandising, marketing, and operations teams to maintain brand consistency.
• Support visual merchandising and promotional activities to strengthen brand image.
• Ensure timely execution of orders and smooth vendor communication.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of

  fashion trends and brand positioning

  .
• Experience in retail / mall environment preferred.
• Ability to coordinate and negotiate with vendors.
• Good understanding of fabrics, designs, and seasonal fashion cycles.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Creative mindset with commercial awareness.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Fashion, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in brand development, fashion retail, or merchandising (preferred).

Salary Up to Rs.45K+Food.
